How do I initiate a return or exchange?Updated 7 days ago

At Colorescience, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. But we get it, not everyone loves every product they try. That's why, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days* of order shipment.

*Return period extended to 45 days during the Black Friday Event. 

Visit our returns portal to initiate your refund or exchange request. If your return requires sending items back to us, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email once we’ve confirmed which item(s) you’ll be returning. 

If you are wanting to exchange your order, you can only select a new shade or finish from the same product. Exchanges are final sale
