How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated 9 days ago

After placing your order, you'll be directed to the order confirmation page, where you'll have up to 30 minutes to modify or cancel your order. You can also access these options through your order confirmation email. 

Once this 30-minute window has passed, we're unable to cancel your order.

To ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible, our system begins processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this, most orders cannot be canceled once they've been placed.
