How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated 2 months ago

To ensure that orders get to our customers as quickly as possible, our system begins processing orders as soon as they are placed. As a result, most orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. You do have the ability to modify or cancel your order immediately after placing it. After completing an order, you'll be taken to the order confirmation page, where you'll have a 30-minute window to make any changes or cancel your order. Additionally, your order confirmation email will also give you the ability to access these options.

Please note once the 30-minute window has passed, we are unable to cancel your order. 

However, if you would like to return your order, you'll be able to submit your request once you have receive it. You can submit your return request here.
