What if I would like to ship my subscription order now instead of waiting until the next scheduled date?Updated 2 months ago
Simply login to your Lasting Beauty Rewards® to access your subscription(s).
Once you're in, follow these simple steps:
On Mobile: Select the three lines in the top right corner to open the account menu, then choose 'Subscriptions'.
On Desktop: Select 'Subscriptions' in the top menu.
Select 'Send Now' on the product subscription you'd like to edit. To confirm that you'd like to receive this order immediately, select 'Send Now' again. Your order will then enter the "Order Processing" state.
Please note that after this, you won't be able to make any changes to the order. Your subscription item(s) will have a new order date set based on the date you made this change, maintaining your original order frequency.
On rare occasions, our shipping warehouse may experience unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances so if you need your subscription product in time for a very important date, please ensure that you modify your order date well in advance to ensure you receive your product in time.
