If you made a purchase in-office, please allow 24-48 hours for purchase points to be reflected in your rewards history. If you purchased online, you will receive your points when your order ships. If you still do not see purchase points listed in your history after 48 hours for in-office or after your order ships for online, please contact a member of our Concierge team at [email protected].
