How do I manage my subscription shipments?Updated 2 months ago

Once you've subscribed it's easy to manage. Log in to your Lasting Beauty® Rewards account to access your subscription(s). 

Once you're in, follow these simple steps:

On Mobile: Select the three lines in the top right corner to open the account menu, then choose 'Subscriptions'.

On Desktop: Select 'Subscriptions' in the top menu.

From there, you can modify your delivery frequency, adjust the quantity of products, change your next order date, and skip, cancel or pause an order.

MODIFY SHIPMENT FREQUENCY + ADJUST PRODUCT QUANTITY
The current delivery frequency and quantity of the product is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown. To change the delivery frequency, click the dropdown under 'Frequency' and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu. To change the quantity of the item, click the dropdown under 'Quantity' and select the quantity you'd like for your product subscription.

CHANGE ORDER DATE 
Need to reschedule your order? No problem. Select 'Reschedule' and select a new order date. Click apply to confirm your changes. Please note this will change the order date for the entire subscription order.

SKIP AN ORDER
To skip a subscription order, select 'Skip Order' and the order will send on the next available date based on the frequency you selected. Click 'Skip Order' on the pop up to confirm your changes.

PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION 
If you need to take a break, no worries. Select 'More Options' and find 'Pause Subscription'. Choose the date and frequency you'd like your shipment to resume. Once selected, click 'Pause' to confirm your changes.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your subscription order(s), select 'More Options' and find 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll have the option to skip this order and have it sent out on a different date/frequency that works best for you or continue with cancellation. If you'd like to cancel, select 'Cancel Subscription' again and then select a reason for cancellation. Confirm your changes by selecting 'Cancel Subscription' once again.
